About the role
We are seeking energetic B2B Telemarketers to join our outbound team in Makati. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads by contacting prospective business clients and presenting tailored value propositions.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects across defined sectors and regions.
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers, including C‑suite, IT leaders, and business decision makers.
- Deliver compelling, customized value propositions aligned to prospect pain points.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (e.g., BANT or HQL) to ensure pipeline quality.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English verbal communication with a friendly, persuasive phone presence.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in our Makati office with fixed weekend offs.
- Amenable to shifting schedules and target‑driven performance.
- Tech‑savvy and able to start immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using call‑center tools.
