About the role
We are expanding our sales outreach team and need enthusiastic, confident telemarketers to make outbound calls, promote our services and generate qualified leads. This onsite position offers a dynamic environment where you can directly impact our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote our services in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
Required profile
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, call centre or appointment setting (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident phone presence with a professional attitude.
- Goal‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Good English language skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
