Telemarketer – Fintech/Financing Company

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our fintech/financing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our digital lending solutions and gathering essential information to feed our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective borrowers and financing partners.
• Present company services clearly and courteously.
• Collect basic client data and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Engage lenders and financing businesses to understand their collection and tracking processes.
• Introduce digital tools such as QR‑payment systems and borrower‑tracking platforms.
• Assist with onboarding and initial setup of new clients.
• Maintain accurate call logs and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Female candidates aged 25‑40 years.
• At least a Senior High School diploma.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, persistent attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet target‑driven goals.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₱17,000 to ₱20,000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM.
