Technical Support Representative (Level 2)

About the role

The Technical Support Representative (Level 2) at LexisNexis provides post‑sale technical assistance to customers, handling installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our products and services. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with account‑related issues, including ID/password resets and user access modifications.
• Process trial requests and respond to online product inquiries.
• Generate user lists and related reports as needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer claims and queries, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
• Maintain required licenses, training, and certifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and analytical methods while working with moderate supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of completed college coursework.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and professional courtesy.
