Technical Support Advocate T1

About the role

The Technical Support Advocate T1 provides hands‑on troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best‑practice guidance for Boldr’s product suite. You will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting customers, partners, and internal teams while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.
• Resolve tickets generated by staff, troubleshoot technical and process issues, and maintain productivity.
• Consult with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs.
• Test compatibility of new programs with existing systems and make necessary adjustments.
• Evaluate vendor‑supplied software for compatibility and user objectives.
• Install required software applications and configure workflow tools.
• Train users on new software via tutorials, videos, manuals, and digital instructions.
• Maintain system capability and perform software, network, and database performance tuning.
• Document hardware and software updates and prepare reference materials for users.
• Stay current on technical advancements through workshops, publications, and professional societies.
