Technical SEO Manager – Remote (Tue‑Sat)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical SEO Manager to join our fast‑growing eCommerce team. You will work remotely, Tuesday to Saturday, and partner directly with developers to diagnose and fix SEO issues that impact our online printing brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement fixes with development teams.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) through performance‑focused changes.
• Implement and troubleshoot JSON‑LD schema markup for enhanced SERP visibility.
• Manage crawlability and indexability settings, including robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang, and canonical tags.
• Debug JavaScript‑heavy sites (React, Angular, Vue) using SSR or dynamic rendering techniques.
• Analyze Googlebot log files to improve server response times.
• Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and content hierarchy.
• Monitor SEO health with Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio, and report on organic growth KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on technical SEO experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to Google algorithm updates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross‑functional teams.
