Technical Recruiter for Robotics & SaaS Teams

About the role

Workstream is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support its fast‑growing Robotics team and, as needed, its SaaS platform. The role is fully remote and operates on U.S. business hours, partnering closely with hiring managers across the United States, the Philippines, and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and assess top technical and operational talent for the Robotics division.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build high‑performing teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for positions across the SaaS platform as business needs arise.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in the company’s ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and uphold Workstream’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones, especially U.S. and Philippines.
