Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate software and digital product initiatives from start to finish. You will work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update Jira tickets, prioritize work, assign tasks, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define requirements and execute project plans.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across all activities.
• Organize project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, planning sessions, and project meetings with clear communication.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and timelines, escalating issues when needed.
• Prepare regular reports on status, priorities, milestones, and key metrics.
• Support product initiatives by gathering requirements and coordinating implementation.
• Identify and drive improvements in workflows and project management practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira for task management and sprint planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and across multiple departments.
