Technical Lead – SAP BusinessObjects & BW/4HANA (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead for SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW/4HANA to support our French client in the eyewear industry. The role combines technical leadership, hands‑on development, and mentorship in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SAP BO and SAP BW/4HANA solutions, coordinating complex troubleshooting and support activities.
• Guide engineers on best practices for reporting, data modeling, and platform operations to ensure high‑quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain Web Intelligence reports and design Universes using Information Design Tool.
• Develop and maintain BW/4HANA data models, ADSOs, Composite Providers, and BW queries.
• Manage change deployments with SAP ChaRM and coordinate transports across development, QA, and production.
• Participate in production support, incident management, and monitoring of data loads and BI platform services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead working with SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote).
• Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise BI environments and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with dimensional modeling and star‑schema design.
