Technical Lead – Infrastructure (Philippines)

About the role

The Technical Lead will guide the technical direction of the L2 Infra project, mentor team members and ensure delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements. You will design, architect and implement systems supporting both MPC and legacy environments while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor administrators and engineers to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems for MPC and legacy environments.
• Implement best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes across the team.
• Participate in reviews, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering.

Required profile

• Five or more years of system or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication of complex technical concepts.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and operational challenges.
