Technical Engineer – IT Solutions (CCTV, PABX, Network)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Engineer to join our team in Paco, Manila. The role focuses on designing, installing, and supervising IT infrastructure projects that include CCTV, PABX, and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design of IT solutions (CCTV, PABX, Network, etc.) using CAD tools.
• Supervise and monitor project execution, including equipment installation, configuration, and activation.
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure that all work meets quality standards.
• Draft progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform fieldwork, coordinate task delegation with team members, and ensure timely completion of on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (experience not required).
• Licensed ECEs and Engineers are an advantage.
• Willingness to work under pressure and handle a variable workload efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Readiness for fieldwork and preferably ownership of a motorcycle for on‑site tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD design tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
