Technical Engineer – Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Civil

About the role

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking motivated Technical Engineers to support the improvement, maintenance, and optimisation of plant operations, equipment, systems and facilities at its Medina Plant in Misamis Oriental. Candidates will be placed in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Civil engineering functions based on their qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for engineering projects and plant improvement initiatives.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing and evaluation of equipment, systems and facilities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and engineering recommendations.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Monitor compliance with safety, quality and engineering standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and assist in commissioning and turnover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Civil Engineering.
• PRC‑licensed Engineer.
• Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing or plant engineering is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Medina, Misamis Oriental.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design software (preferred).
