About the role
We are looking for a Technical Drafter and Preconstruction Administrator to transform ambitious outdoor designs into build‑ready projects. You will work remotely, creating precise Revit plans, securing necessary permits, and assembling flawless field packages for construction teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit.
- Coordinate and obtain required permits for project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive field packages, including documentation and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated to the site.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical drafting and pre‑construction administration.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and permitting processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
