Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. You will work closely with business units, stakeholders and executive sponsors to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor project health, manage risks, issues, dependencies and critical paths, and implement contingency actions.
• Clear blockers for SMEs and technical teams, facilitating smooth execution.
• Lead retrospectives and post‑mortems to capture lessons learned and improve delivery frameworks.
• Define project scope, success metrics and enforce governance in line with enterprise PMO standards.
• Manage project budgets, vendor negotiations and cost baselines.
• Coach, mentor and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing complex IT delivery programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.
• Experience mentoring junior project managers and contributing to PMO best practices.
