Technical Consultant – Microsoft Cloud Assessments (Hindi)

About the role

The Technical Consultant will join Inviso’s SMB Assessment Desk supporting Microsoft’s cloud migration, Copilot adoption and security initiatives for small‑and‑medium business customers. Working in a hybrid setting in Ortigas, the role requires fluency in Hindi and English to guide customers through end‑to‑end assessment processes and help them define migration road‑maps to Azure and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Microsoft stakeholders, field sellers and customers to initiate assessment engagements.
• Gather and communicate technical requirements, conduct kickoff calls and define the scope of each assessment.
• Deploy and manage discovery platforms, ensuring complete data collection for the chosen assessment tool.
• Analyze discovery data, produce detailed assessment reports, and highlight key insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to customers, partners and internal Microsoft teams, supporting decision‑making.
• Coordinate post‑assessment actions with Microsoft, partners and other contacts to ensure smooth transition.
• Log all activities and updates in the designated tracking system.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in cloud migration and security assessments.
• Excellent project‑management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and reside near Ortigas, Philippines.
