Technical Assistant – Field Operations Support

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Technical Assistant to support its Field Operations Team in Quezon City. The role focuses on managing external and internal relationships, gathering information for planning and proposals, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the field office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management support to the Operations Manager and Field Operations staff.
• Coordinate external and internal relationships, networks, and partnerships, ensuring effective communication.
• Gather and organize relevant documents, data, and briefs for planning, research, and proposal development.
• Participate in networking, planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities, offering viable inputs.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals for donors, multilateral organizations, and local missions.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and the planning of new programs or initiatives.
• Respond to correspondence and inquiries, and coordinate schedules for critical field events.
