About the role

The Tech Cadetship Program 2026 is a full‑time, 12‑month immersive experience designed to fast‑track recent graduates into technology leadership roles at Maya. Participants will receive structured training, hands‑on project work, and rotations across product engineering, data science and AI teams.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an intensive technical bootcamp to build core engineering and data science foundations.
• Contribute to real‑world, high‑impact projects that power Maya’s products.
• Rotate through multiple teams, gaining exposure to product engineering, data science and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and senior leaders, receiving mentorship and feedback.
• Participate in regular learning sessions, code reviews and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Top‑performing recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Hands‑on experience through internships, academic projects or personal initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular or community activities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
