About the role
Maya's Tech Cadetship Program is a full‑time, immersive experience designed to develop the next generation of technology leaders. Participants will receive structured learning, hands‑on project work, and exposure to multiple product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build a strong technical foundation through an intensive bootcamp.
- Contribute to real‑world, high‑impact projects that power Maya’s products.
- Rotate across teams in Product Engineering and Data Science & AI to gain diverse experience.
- Learn directly from experienced engineers, data scientists, and senior leaders.
Required profile
- Top‑performing graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinkers with a structured problem‑solving approach.
- Hands‑on builders with internship, project or self‑initiated experience.
- Proven leadership in academics, organizations or extracurricular activities.
- Effective communicators and collaborative team players.
- Agile learners who thrive in fast‑paced environments.
