Team Leader – Training

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a proactive Team Leader to drive daily training activities in its Maguyam, Silang warehouse. You will guide new hires and existing staff through hands‑on sessions, ensuring they master SOPs, material handling, and warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily training tasks to meet learning and operational goals.
• Deliver practical training on SOPs, workflow accuracy, and safety protocols.
• Coach and mentor employees on‑the‑job, reinforcing skills and confidence.
• Supervise trainees, ensuring compliance with training standards and organizational procedures.
• Conduct skill assessments and knowledge checks to support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment.
• Prepare training reports and progress updates using MS Excel and other Office tools.
• Support onboarding and continuous development, tailoring programs to individual and team needs.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and management to align training with company objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a 3PL or warehouse setting.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing or guiding a team.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to DHL Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
