About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain. In this role you will coordinate order processing, manage the warehouse control system and ensure the team meets performance targets while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle day‑to‑day transactions and warehouse processing from preparation to loading.
Operate the R200 or Warehouse Control System for order entry, wave release, activation and monitoring of job locations to the ASRS.
Conduct regular one‑to‑one and process confirmation sessions, as well as WI refresher training with team members.
Monitor daily KPIs across all functions, validate hourly reports and oversee GDOCS report monitoring.

Required profile

College level education or equivalent.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Experience in people management or supervising warehouse staff.
Familiarity with SAP or any Warehouse Management System.
