Team Leader

About the role

The Team Leader will manage the daily operations of a dedicated team within iOPEX Technologies Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily workloads, assign tasks, and track performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and resolve escalations.
• Maintain documentation, report on team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Align team output with client expectations and organizational goals.

Required profile

• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in operations management, workflow planning, and process optimization in a service‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Philippines and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with digital services or IT operations is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in BPO, technology, or digital services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
