Team Leader – Customer Experience (Bacoor, Cavite)

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an energetic Team Leader to oversee a group of customer experience agents in Bacoor, Cavite. You will act as the bridge between your teammates and internal departments, ensuring high‑quality service delivery while fostering a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day planning and operations of the assigned team.
• Ensure each teammate meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Organize schedules, monitor attendance, and maintain adherence to shift plans.
• Conduct regular huddles, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Identify strengths and development areas, providing actionable feedback.
• Prepare performance reports and relay client feedback to the team.
• Address operational and HR‑related issues promptly and creatively.
• Serve as the primary liaison between management and the team.

Required profile

• At least two (2) years of experience leading a team in an outsourcing or similar environment.
• Experience managing a minimum of ten (10) teammates.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
