Team Lead

About the role

The Team Lead will supervise a process‑focused team, ensuring that agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and stakeholders remain satisfied. You will act as the primary point of contact for process migration, performance reporting, and day‑to‑day coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate all processes within the team and serve as the first point of migration for tasks.
• Monitor timeliness, accuracy and productivity against established KPIs.
• Communicate regularly with Process Experts and counterpart teams.
• Coach, train and develop Process Experts and Associates.
• Assist managers with periodic performance reviews.
• Assess staffing needs and support hiring to maintain adequate FTE levels.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and support for special requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least three years of experience in SSC setup and process ownership.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CargoWise One.
• Experience using ERP tools.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
