Team Lead II – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a seasoned Team Lead II to manage a remote team based in the Philippines. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor performance against targets, and act as the primary liaison between the team and client business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members.
• Understand each client’s business, priorities, and agenda to manage operations effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure delivery of targets, and collaborate with the Operations Manager.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and judgment.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Conduct training needs analysis and help create development programs.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and facilitate corrective actions with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience at an assistant‑manager level.
• Experience handling technical roles such as IT helpdesk, QA testers, or software developers is a plus.
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• High professional standards and integrity.
