Teaching Professional (Language Education)

About the role

The Teaching Professional will join Lapulapu-Cebu International College to design and deliver engaging language lessons, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lapu‑Lapu and involves active participation in the college community.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with learning objectives.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain accurate records of learner performance.
• Assess learner progress and give timely, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement.
• Mentor learners, participate in faculty meetings and school events.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational standards.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in language education with knowledge of learner‑centered methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Education or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in higher or secondary education, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Proficiency in English language teaching and training.
• Commitment to inclusive, gender‑neutral, and equitable teaching practices.
• Reliability and readiness to work full‑time on‑site in Lapu‑Lapu.
