Tax Specialist – EMEA

About the role

The Tax Specialist will support Xerox’s corporate tax compliance, reporting and accounting across the EMEA region. Working within the finance team, you will ensure accurate tax filings, timely payments and adherence to local and international regulations, while providing audit support and contributing to efficient financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations and file tax returns for assigned entities, ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain accurate tax records, documentation and supporting schedules for audits and compliance reviews.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and tax roll‑forward analyses for designated tax accounts.
• Execute month‑end close activities related to tax accounts and transactions.
• Support tax audits by preparing required documentation for auditors and consultants.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess potential impacts on the business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on tax‑related matters involving contracts, transactions and projects.
• Assist the Tax Manager with special projects, process improvements and other tax initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
• Experience in taxation, tax compliance, tax accounting or finance‑related functions.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
