Tax Manager – Compliance & Reporting

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead the tax function for Kalbe Ecossential International Inc., ensuring full compliance with Philippine tax regulations while supporting accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting and audits.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting in line with PFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and align financial plans with all departments.
• Manage both internal and external financial audits, coordinating with auditors to meet standards.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Required profile

• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Tax Senior Supervisor or Manager.
• Proven experience handling the full cycle of tax audits.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Manggahan, Pasig City.
