Tax Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Compliance Officer to ensure our company's tax obligations are met accurately and on time. The role involves applying knowledge of Philippine tax laws to support the finance team and maintain compliance across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, income tax, and other statutory tax returns.
• Prepare and review tax provisions, calculations, and related documentation.
• Conduct tax audits and assist in responding to tax authority inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and changes.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile tax entries and ledger accounts.
• Preserve confidentiality of all tax‑related information.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Philippine taxation, including VAT and income tax.
• Experience with tax audit processes and ledger account preparation is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or other accounting software.
