Tax Compliance Officer

About the role

The Tax Compliance Officer will join a diversified business group to ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax obligations. Based on‑site in Las Piñas, the role supports the finance team by monitoring compliance with local and national tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations and file statutory tax returns within required deadlines.
• Review financial transactions for tax implications and advise internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to gather necessary documentation.
• Respond to queries from external auditors and tax authorities.
• Assist in tax planning activities and keep the organization updated on changes in tax laws.
• Recommend process improvements to minimize tax risks and penalties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong tax compliance and preparation experience, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent analytical ability and high attention to detail.
• Integrity in handling confidential information.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting and tax software.
