Tax Audit Officer

About the role

The Tax Audit Officer supports the reporting group during tax audits and assists affiliate groups with audit‑related matters. This position ensures compliance with Philippine tax regulations and helps facilitate smooth audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documents and responses required for tax audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Act as liaison between the reporting group and tax authorities, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Monitor compliance with tax laws and regulations, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to affiliate groups on audit preparedness and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of audit‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in tax audit or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with audit software (any).
