Tax and PEZA Specialist

About the role

Kick‑start your career in corporate taxation and regulatory compliance. This position offers hands‑on training and mentorship while you work alongside experienced professionals in tax, PEZA, and environmental regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
• Support PEZA compliance activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government agencies regarding tax and PEZA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and organize compliance‑related documentation.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory deadlines and statutory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs related to Tax, PEZA, and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) responsibilities.
• Perform other compliance and finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Finance, or related business courses.
• One year of relevant experience is welcome.
• Strong willingness to learn and build expertise in tax, PEZA, and regulatory compliance.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid set‑up mainly at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, with occasional travel.
