Talent Scout

About the role

ResultsCX is looking for a Talent Scout to join its high‑volume recruiting team in Lapu‑Lapu, Philippines. You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring large numbers of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and hire candidates using established, high‑volume recruiting processes.
• Qualify applicants against technical computer specifications and aptitude requirements.
• Follow team guidelines to match the right candidate to each program.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and a diverse candidate pool.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• High energy, results‑oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong focus on pipeline management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while delivering high performance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and strong computer skills.
