Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a growing Australian recruitment business. The role is fully remote and offers exposure to both sourcing and recruitment administration. You will work closely with the team to help identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to determine fit.
• Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work Philippine business hours.
