About the role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the daily recruitment operations of the HR team, gaining hands‑on experience in coordination, candidate engagement, and compliance tracking. This fast‑paced role is ideal for a proactive student eager to learn the full recruitment cycle in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparation and filing of recruitment documents.
• Process recruitment‑related payment requests and maintain organized recruitment files.
• Monitor and track candidate compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and employer‑branding collaterals.
• Assist with other HR and recruitment projects as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work onsite for the full internship duration.
