About the role

We are seeking a licensed psychiatrist fluent in Tagalog to develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI model training, ensuring cultural nuance and clinical accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies with culturally nuanced scenarios for AI training.
• Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations reflecting Tagalog psychiatric practices.
• Produce documentation and analyses in both Tagalog and English.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary to enhance model understanding of psychiatric concepts.
• Apply ethical decision‑making in reviewing sensitive case content.

Required profile

• Medical degree with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
• Native fluency in Tagalog and advanced proficiency in English.
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation.
• Proven ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning.
• Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for education or research.
