Systems Support Agent

About the role

TOA Global is looking for a solution‑oriented Systems Support Agent to join its Business Operations team in Clark, Philippines. You will be the primary technical specialist for a multinational retail and service network, ensuring smooth operation of ERP, POS and financial integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail POS, peripheral hardware and Xero integrations within SLA targets.
• Administer user access, system configurations, performance monitoring and data integrity across core platforms.
• Reconcile sub‑ledger discrepancies between Business Central and Xero, correct invoices and allocate payments while securing franchise owner approval.
• Assist with new store deployments, system roll‑outs, go‑live testing and post‑deployment hardware/software support.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge‑base articles, user manuals and SCORM‑compliant eLearning content for the LMS.
• Collaborate with franchise owners, business managers and store teams to simplify technical concepts and drive system adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing systems support in ERP, POS and financial integration environments.
• Hands‑on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail or Xero is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, financial data flows, hardware/peripheral setups and API integrations.
