Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our IT service and consulting team in Quezon City. You will be responsible for maintaining the backbone infrastructure that supports our clients and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core servers including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, DHCP, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux environments.
• Update user accounts, mailboxes, and internet access following approved requests.
• Monitor system health daily to ensure high availability and performance.
• Respond promptly to administration issues, isolate problems, and collaborate with support groups for resolution.
• Assist with file and database recovery from workstations or servers experiencing hardware or OS failures.
• Configure workstations with OS, Microsoft 365, Office suite, Outlook, browsers, and company‑specific software.
• Prepare and submit regular (weekly, monthly, ad‑hoc) reports to management.
• Support interconnectivity projects through technical assistance and administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in system administration.
• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
