Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our identity and access management environment. The role focuses on SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and related IAM tools, ensuring high availability and security for critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced administration of SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and other IAM solutions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity and availability, proactively addressing issues.
• Diagnose, isolate and resolve complex system problems, participating in root‑cause analysis.
• Apply system tuning, updates and patches following established procedures to keep applications secure and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with external vendors, providing status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user guides for team knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and other IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
