Systems Administrator – ERP, CRM & AI Pricing Systems

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to oversee and support its core ERP, CRM, and AI‑powered pricing ingestion platforms. You will ensure these systems run smoothly, align with business processes, and enable efficient operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Service, and Sales to match organizational workflows.
• Set up new companies within the systems, handling accurate configuration and role‑based permissions.
• Develop and refine business process flows to improve operational efficiency.
• Administer, monitor, and enhance the AI‑powered pricing ingestion system, including data accuracy audits.
• Monitor system health, logs, and security alerts; perform routine backups and support disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and spam‑filtering solutions.
• Provide technical support and user training, creating documentation and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, and pricing systems with other business applications, managing data imports/exports and ensuring data consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration for ERP/CRM environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable system performance.
