System Administrator

About the role

Odoo is seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and support the day‑to‑day IT operations of its Eastwood office in Quezon City, Manila. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the office’s network and Linux‑based workstations while coordinating with external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and support office network infrastructure and IT hardware.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux‑based laptops and user workstations.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and other IT‑related issues.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers to ensure network availability and performance.
• Work with VoIP service providers to keep communication systems reliable.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and deployment of IT equipment.
• Support internal IT infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement and promote IT security best practices across the organization.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, assets, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Tagalog and English.
• Experience with Linux installation, administration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of network administration and IT infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly.
