About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to protect critical information, design and implement solutions, and support the overall IT strategy. The role involves managing both hardware and software, providing training, and ensuring the reliability of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Secure and maintain critical systems, servers, and network assets.
Deploy and configure new software, hardware, and virtualization platforms.
Provide technical training and support to internal teams.
Assist in shaping and executing the organization’s IT strategy.
Perform routine maintenance on AWS, SQL, PostgreSQL and related services.
Develop proactive monitoring and alerting for critical services.

Required profile

4‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Linux environments.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, wiring, and infrastructure components.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Virtualization: LDOM, RHEV, KVM, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes.
Networking: VLANs, routing, NFV.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, SQL, PostgreSQL.
Monitoring tools: Nagios, Icinga, Cacti, Grafana, InfluxDB, Logstash.
Hosting platforms: cPanel, Plesk, WHM, FTP, WordPress.
Automation: Ansible, Puppet, CFengine, Chef, Shell, Ruby, Python.
