System Administrator – IT Infrastructure Management

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. You will ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance while supporting day‑to‑day operations that keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance and guarantee high availability and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and access policies.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Support infrastructure components including storage and networking systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to meet business and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Typically requires 25 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
