Supply Planning Specialist

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist ensures that the right amount of product is available at the right time to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will act as the central hub for supply chain operations, coordinating with sourcing plants, sales, and brand teams to keep the flow of goods smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock availability to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Handle finished‑goods replenishment and ensure timely delivery of new product launches and re‑launches.
• Coordinate with sourcing countries for new products to accelerate speed‑to‑market.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to keep sourcing projects on track.
• Plan product shipments in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years experience in demand and/or supply chain management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• Able to plan, prioritize and adapt to changes.
• Collaborative, customer‑oriented and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
