Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will support the Senior Supply Chain Manager by handling data management, analysis, and reporting to drive efficient supply chain operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and execute process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost performance.
• Address and resolve supply chain issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on project implementations, process development, and issue resolution across planning, production, warehousing, and logistics functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain operations, including purchasing, planning, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience across planning, production, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience in the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work 100 % onsite in Alabang.
