Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

The Analyst will manage end‑to‑end module and PCBA planning, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Business Units to align demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. The role focuses on identifying constraints, performing root‑cause analysis, and driving resolutions to ensure on‑time delivery of ADI parts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive root cause analysis of delivery and manufacturing performance for module builds.
• Analyze delivery risks related to material availability, component shortages, and build readiness, providing regular updates.
• Drive module build readiness by aligning demand, supply, and manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate closely with Business Units to validate demand signals and adjust execution plans.
• Serve as primary liaison between Business Units and operations, communicating risks, commitments, and recovery actions.
• Identify BOM or component constraints (e.g., long lead times, EOL, allocation) and develop mitigation plans.
• Detect process or system gaps using A3 methodology and lead sustainable improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to management to support planning decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain/factory planning.
• Experience in module assembly or PCBA environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAP S4/Hana.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL.
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
