Supply Chain Management Trainee

About the role

Future Glow Philippines is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Management Trainee to support its Operations and Supply Chain Division. The role focuses on demand planning and new product development (NPD) within a fast‑growing beauty, health, and wellness brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and forecast management by analysing historical sales, market trends, seasonality and inventory levels.
• Support purchase planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock while minimising excess and stock‑outs.
• Coordinate with brand principals, OEMs and suppliers for demand planning, procurement and NPD activities, including sourcing negotiations.
• Oversee cross‑functional projects, monitor deadlines and budgets to ensure timely, cost‑efficient implementation.
• Document current workflows and identify improvements in inbound/outbound logistics, order processing, returns handling and disposal of damaged inventory.
• Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives for warehousing and order fulfilment.
• Monitor key performance metrics and produce analytical reports on inventory, safety stock and replenishment.
