Supply Chain Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain Lead oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring products are sourced, produced, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively, and on time while maintaining quality standards. This fully remote role works on U.S. Pacific Time and collaborates cross‑functionally with production, logistics, finance, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete supply chain process from sourcing and production through warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co‑packers, and logistics partners.
• Plan and forecast inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and out‑of‑stocks.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on‑time delivery of finished goods.
• Support distributor onboarding, coordination with U.S. distributors, and ongoing operations.
• Facilitate and support EDI setup, testing, and maintenance with distributors, 3PLs, and internal systems.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to improve margins and service levels.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, delays, or bottlenecks proactively.
• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs such as lead times, costs, inventory turns, fill rates, and service levels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align supply chain strategy with sales forecasts and growth plans.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle supply chain functions.
• Strong vendor‑management and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely while coordinating with U.S. teams on Pacific Time.
• Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and risk mitigation.

Required skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) setup and maintenance.
