About the role

The Supply Chain Head (Distribution) will lead end‑to‑end supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring goods are delivered efficiently across all channels. This senior position focuses on optimizing performance, reducing costs, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, logistics, and distribution activities to guarantee timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve supply chain efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and distribution performance, monitoring KPIs such as delivery timeliness and inventory accuracy.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts and ensuring service‑level compliance.
• Align supply chain strategy with overall business goals and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and distribution team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution leadership roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or large‑scale distribution.
• Proven ability to manage complex supply chain operations and lead teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
