Supply Chain Executive (Order Management)

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to own order management within our omnichannel operations. The role will process retail and trade partner orders in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and validate retail orders (replenishments and new arrivals) in SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse, commercial and retail teams to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
- Manage order flow for trade partners, monitoring status and resolving exceptions.
- Maintain high accuracy levels and support continuous improvement of order processes.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑service mindset.
Required skills
- SAP (order management module).
