Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

memobottle is scaling its operations and needs a remote‑friendly Supply Chain Coordinator to execute the physical flow of goods worldwide. You will turn AI‑driven recommendations into real‑world actions, ensuring freight is booked, suppliers are aligned, and inventory is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Book sea and air freight shipments from China‑based suppliers to fulfilment centres, Amazon warehouses and distributors across US, UK, EU, Japan, UAE and Australia.
• Coordinate stock transfers between suppliers, 3PLs and consolidation warehouses, negotiating rates and timelines as needed.
• Prepare and send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and track shipments, proactively flagging delays.
• Maintain daily contact with manufacturing partners in China, managing production timelines and forward stock releases.
• Serve as primary liaison with 3PLs for inbound receipts, outbound shipments and operational issues.
• Oversee Amazon FBA preparation, labeling and coordination with the consolidation warehouse.
• Monitor the internal inventory dashboard, run periodic stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Remote coordination and admin experience focused on day‑to‑day execution of a global supply chain.
• Hands‑on experience booking sea and air freight and liaising with freight forwarders.
• Proven ability to work with suppliers, 3PLs and international distributors.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory monitoring, stocktakes and system accuracy.
